SMS / Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by TCBKitt LLC, operating as LegenX Leads ("LegenX Leads," "we," "us," or "our"), on behalf of ourselves and the client businesses we serve.
Program Description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example, by submitting a booking or contact form for one of our client businesses — you may receive text messages related to that business, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, review requests, and service updates.
Consent
You opt in by affirmatively providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages at the point of collection. Consent is specific to the business and program you signed up for, is not shared with other businesses, and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business (for example, when you book an appointment or complete a service). You will not receive recurring marketing blasts as part of this program.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. LegenX Leads does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt-Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. To resume, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
